Good morning, Bilal Vlogs 290 everybody! Today I'm taking you with me for my absolutely bonkers morning routine. It might seem totally crazy, but it actually helps me prepped and energized for the day. First things first, I always spring out of bed at the crack of dawn. Then it's time for my crazy yoga session, which involves a lot of stretching and some pretty weird contortions.
After that, I whip up a quick breakfast to fuel my day. My go-to is usually a smoothie, followed by a cup of coffee. And of course, no morning routine would be complete without a podcast to keep me motivated.
